Job Description:The Hammam Al-Afiya Celestara invites an experienced Spa Manager to lead our sanctuary of wellness. The Spa Manager will be responsible for providing guests with an exceptional spa experience, managing staff, and upholding the Sultanate's standards of excellence and relaxation.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement spa services and wellness programs.
- Maintain the spa's cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory and procurement of spa supplies.
- Foster a serene and therapeutic environment in line with the Sultanate’s ethos.
