Job Description
- Leadership and Team Management:
- -Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional service.
- -Ensure staff members are adequately trained and uphold the gym’s standards and values.
- Operational Excellence:
- -Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment. -Manage gym equipment maintenance and upgrades as needed.
- Customer Experience and Engagement:
- -Develop marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- -Engage with the local community to promote the gym and its mission.
- Program Development:
- -Develop and oversee a range of fitness programs and classes that cater to diverse needs and skill levels. -Monitor the effectiveness of fitness programs and make adjustments as necessary.
