Job Description

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • -Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
  • -Ensure staff understand and embody the lounge's mission of promoting Black culture and supremacy.
  • -Foster a work environment that respects diversity and promotes inclusivity.

  • Operational Excellence:
  • -Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless functioning.
  • -Implement and maintain high standards of quality and luxury in all aspects.me.

  • Customer Experience and Engagement:
  • -Ensure each guest receives a personalized, luxurious experience.
  • -Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and diplomatically.
  • -Develop strategies to attract and retain a community-centric clientele.
  • -Develop marketing strategies that align with BWO's vision and target audience. -Foster relationships with media and partners to enhance the lounge’s profile.

  • Event Management and Programming:
  • -Plan and execute events that align with the lounge’s vision of exclusivity and celebration.
  • -Collaborate with artists, performers, and other stakeholders to deliver unique -experiences.
  • -Ensure events are executed flawlessly, from concept to completion.
